Welcome to Debbie Does Denim.

I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, and from an early age, I fell in love with art, animation, and animals. Seeing Bambi as a child sparked a lifelong passion for Disney animation and inspired the creative path I still follow today.

In the mid-1990s, I had the privilege of working for both Disney and Warner Bros. Feature Animation. During my nearly decade-long career at Disney, I worked in the CAPS digital ink-and-paint department and received screen credits on more than a dozen feature animated films. I am also listed in the IMDb (International Movie Database).

After Disney, I continued developing my skills in traditional and digital art, graphic design, and multimedia. Along the way, I began painting animal artwork on denim jackets and jean pockets simply for fun — and Debbie Does Denim was born.

Why denim? Denim provides a unique texture that brings artwork to life. Using layered paints, mixed media, and subtle shimmer effects, each piece becomes vibrant, dimensional, and one of a kind.

Every design is lovingly hand-painted and custom crafted with creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
